| 释义 | also; too; as well 这三个表达意思均为“也”，also最正式，as well最不正式。它们在句中的位置不同。 ❖ also一般置于句中（即实义动词前，助动词或系动词后），也可以放在句首，但不可以放在句尾。如：He is also an actor. 他也是演员。 ❖ too常置于句末，前面可加逗号也可不加，有时可作插入语置于居中，此时前后一般都要加逗号。如：He is an actor too. = He, too, is an actor. 他也是演员。 ❖ as well常置于句末，前面无逗号。如：He is an actor as well. ❖ 这三个表达都不能用于否定句，而要用not ... either或neither (或nor) ...。如：I am tall and she is tall, too. 我个子高，她个子也高。否定句为：I am not tall and she is not tall, either. 或I am not tall and neither (或nor) is she. 我不高，她也不高。 |
