常犯错误

✗ He took a course of pronunciation.

✓ He took a course in pronunciation. 他上了语音课程。

用法of course置于句中时，前后一般要加逗号。of course not为“当然不可以”，拒绝的意味比较强烈，有点不礼貌的意味。一般很少用of course not去拒绝别人。
